Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, Since the products will be dispatched same day if the order received before 12 pm.

Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

  • You may return items within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a free return shipping label and offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Non-Defective Products

  • If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within the return window.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • In some cases, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for processing once we receive the returned item.

5. Exclusions

  • Certain products (e.g., personalized or final sale items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Note: We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Handloom Wear. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
•  the refund amount will be credited to your account with in 7 business days
• One of our executive will reach you for the details and payment confirmation.
